The wheeled cooler carrier comes with 2 large 12-inch wheels featuring all-terrain tire treads. The complete kit, when assembled, weighs 11 pounds and can support a maximum weight of 200 pounds.

Designed to accommodate common cooler sizes, the cart includes 2 axle lengths that allow you to adjust the distance between the wheels. One axle has a maximum width of 15.5 inches while the other has a maximum width of around 18 inches.

Constructed with corrosion-resistant materials, the heavy-duty steel frame of the cart is powder-coated for durability. The steel axles and spring steel push caps are zinc-plated, while the included straps are made of polyester and feature heavy-duty cam buckles.

The complete kit includes 1 steel frame, 2 pieces of 12-inch wheels, 2 polyester straps with cam buckles (1 long, 1 short), 2 short axles (15.5”), 2 long axles (18”), 2 screws, 1 hex key, 4 push caps, 2 flat washers, and 2 locking washers.

Please remember to check the clearance on each side of the cooler before securing the push nuts during installation. Once the push nuts are in place on the axle, the width of the cart cannot be adjusted.
